"I'm Icy"

Just taking some time this morning to do a quick blog from the lobby of my hotel (Since they have such a nice computer setup). If you’ve been following @BrothaTech for the past day, I will be tweeting from the 2011 Essence Music Festival (hashtags: #EMF2011 #EMFJunket11). I will also be taking pictures and posting video during the event as well.

Contrary to popular belief, there is some serious technology that happens during large African American events like this, so I will doing some digging to uncover and share some cool tech during my matriculation (I’ve always wanted to use that word). The organizers, the sponsors, the artists, the events, the attendees…They ALL use technology in some shape or fashion. I will make sure to document and share all the tech I see…and some other stuff as well.
