Who knew? (I sure didn’t)

Apparently since 2006, Google has operated an online store named (you guessed it) Google Store that sells google-branded merchandise like Blogger coffee mugs, Google tshirts and other clothing apparel…including kids stuff. The store even has a recently launched section reserved exclusively for YouTube-branded stuff.

It just strikes me as strange that since Google is attempting to take over the world (that’s what it seems like anyway) one would think there would’ve been more hype around a store where you can get a shirt to match your search engine, email inbox, your mobile apps, your video favorites, your new phone number, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.
