Follows App for iPhone: Track Your Online Popularity…in Theory

Your Social Network Popularity in one AppAn AppScout Report

Follows is a free iPhone app that can give the user a snapshot of their popularity on the popular social networks in one location. Twitter
Facebook
LinkedIn
YouTube
Vimeo
Feedburner
MySpace (If anybody still uses it)
